On February 1, 2024, the vendor provided additional details enabling Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center to confirm that an unauthorized third party had accessed the data from the patient-management tool and encrypted the files in late 2023. Recently, Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center has begun notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted.
