SoCal Edison Utility Equipment May Be Source of Massive San Gabriel Mountains Bobcat Fire.

As one of the largest fires in Los Angeles County history, the Federal Investigators are examining evidence provided by SoCal Edison on the power transmission facility in the area where the Bobcat Fire began. SoCal Edison has announced that it will continue to assist the U.S. Forest Service during the investigation process, and determine if its equipment has to do with causing a massive fire, which destroyed at least 170 structures, including 87 homes and 47 structures. The Bobcat fire is one of the largest fires in the history of Los Angeles County.

  • Business losses
  • Damage to trees, timber, or underwood
  • Depreciation in the value of your land
  • Emotional distress
  • Harm to pets or livestock
  • Loss of crops
  • Lost wages
  • Personal injury
  • The cost to repair or replace your home and personal property
  • The loss of use and enjoyment of your property

You may be entitled to damages that your insurance – even good insurance — won’t cover. The law provides for more compensation than most people realize.
