On March 7, 2022, Salusive Health discovered unauthorized activity on their systems. In response, Salusive Health retained independent cybersecurity experts to conduct a forensic investigation into the incident and assist in determining what happened. The forensic investigation revealed that the incident involved an unauthorized individual accessing certain personal and protected health data. Based on the forensic investigation, it was determined that the potentially impacted files contained some of your information.
