Naomi Butler, admitted to the State Bar of California in January 2021, brings a wealth of experience to Potter Handy, LLP. Prior to joining Potter Handy, Mrs. Butler served as a paralegal and Associate Attorney with a law firm in San Diego and Walnut Creek, championing the rights of victims of physical and financial elder abuse. Mrs. Butler’s dedication to justice led her to Potter Handy in 2022, where she continues her advocacy, expanding her practice to include complex mass tort litigation, elder abuse, and representing survivors of trafficking.
Admitted to practice in California State Court and all California Federal Courts, Mrs. Butler’s academic journey underscores her commitment to legal excellence. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Central Washington University before pursuing her Juris Doctor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Mrs. Butler’s academic achievements lay a strong foundation for her legal career, reflecting her dedication to scholarly rigor and ethical practice.
