Allison Farwell
Allison Farwell focuses on representing victims of medical malpractice, and elder and dependent adult abuse and neglect. Her dedication has led to the recovery of millions of dollars in compensation for her clients, solidifying her reputation as a trusted advocate in the legal community.
Allison‘s academic journey includes graduating from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Linguistics. She went on to attend law school at the University of San Diego with a Dean’s Merit Scholarship, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree and was accepted into the Phi Delta Phi International Honors Society based on academic success.
Before joining Potter Handy, Allison gained valuable experience as a civil litigator representing skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and physicians for the better part of a decade. Since leaving the defense, she has dedicated her practice to improving long-term care facilities by holding them accountable for inhumane treatment and neglect of vulnerable elderly and disabled residents.
