Jason Kyle Masanque
Mr. Masanque is a litigation attorney at Potter Handy, LLP, where he represents employees in both individual and class action matters. His practice focuses on employment law, including cases involving workplace discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation under FEHA and Title VII, as well as wage and hour violations under the California Labor Code.
At Potter Handy, Mr. Masanque has gained substantial experience in class action litigation addressing systemic wage and hour violations. He regularly manages key aspects of litigation such as depositions, written discovery, motion practice, arbitrations, and client counseling, giving him a strong foundation in handling complex employment disputes.
Before joining Potter Handy, Mr. Masanque interned at Disability Rights California and at the California Labor Commissioner’s Office, where he supported enforcement efforts and drafted Orders, Decisions, or Awards on wage claims.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside, and his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law.
